Hiring Process

All new staff applicants (even those who were campers!) must complete our online Staff Application.

You will need a recent photo and the email address of three references to complete the application.

Examples of Good References

School: teacher, guidance counselor or principal
Professional: the person you report to at a job, a family for whom you babysit on a regular basis or your supervisor in a place you volunteer regularly
Character: A rabbi, a cantor, or an educator at your synagogue

Please do not use family members to submit a reference on your behalf.

After we receive your application, we will be in touch to schedule an interview.

Staff Referral Fee

Our staff are our best advocates! For every new staff member (who is new to Ramah Canada) you refer and who is hired to work with us at camp and stays for the full summer, we’ll add $100 to your summer paycheck! One referee per referred staff member, of course.
