Bruchim Haba’im!
Welcome to Camp Ramah in Canada!
At its core, Camp Ramah in Canada is dedicated to offering our campers tools to thrive in a challenging world through
The joy and power of life-long friendships and community
Experiences that foster growth and independence
All while having the MOST FUN of your life
A day at Camp Ramah in Canada incorporates both traditional camp experiences as well as innovative and relevant Jewish programming. Campers learn new skills on the waterfront, in sports and outdoor adventure, and in the arts, while having fun and enjoying rare freedom in a safe and welcoming kehillah (community).
Camp Ramah in Canada empowers young people to gain independence and self-confidence, develop individual and team skills, and discover an appreciation of nature and the great outdoors.
We offer many session options for children in grades 1-10 in the beautiful Muskoka region of Southern Ontario as we have since our founding in 1960.
Whether a child is with us for 2 weeks or 2 months, it never seems to be long enough, as 90% of our campers return summer after summer. Though the summers inevitably come to an end, the friendships, values, community, and love of Jewish identity endure a lifetime! Camp Ramah in Canada has transformed the lives of more than 10,000 young people, developing leaders and strengthening our community.
Camp Ramah in Canada operates independently, but under the educational guidance of the National Ramah Commission and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America and is governed by the Camp Ramah in Canada Committee of the Jewish Theological Society of Canada.

Camper Care Program
A diverse team of adult professionals from a variety of fields offers exceptional camper care each summer. Our adult advisors are in regular contact with campers, staff, and parents, ensuring that communication is seamless and constructive. We have a well-equipped infirmary, two registered nurses, and a physician on-site at all times. In case of an emergency, the local hospital is less than 20 minutes away.
